Ryan Gosling calls people who criticize him for his role in BARBIE ‘HYPOCRITICAL’

Ryan Gosling is currently trending worldwide due to his appearance in one of the most anticipated movies, Barbie. Gosling will give life to Ken in the movie, where he will be the companion of Margot, who gives life to the most beloved doll. The film will not be fully commercial, as it will cover important issues beyond superficiality. Ryan Gosling calls people who criticize him for his role in BARBIE ‘HYPOCRITICAL’.

Ryan Gosling has been criticized mainly because there are some people who don’t think he was right to play Ken, claiming he is too old to play the character. But the actor was clearly going to defend himself and said that although he doesn’t mind the controversy, the people who criticize him are really “hypocrites”.

“I can say that if they don’t want to play my Ken, there are plenty of other Kens to play,” assured the actor, who expressed a strong argument for those who criticize him: “all the people were fine with Ken’s job being to do nothing, but now all of a sudden they say ‘we’ve cared about Ken all this time’, no, you never did, you never cared about me, if you really cared about the doll you would know that nobody cares about Ken, so their hypocrisy has been exposed, and that’s why you have to tell the story about him.”
