The scene of the video happened when Prince William and Princess Kate Middleton attended their first garden party at Buckingham Palace to celebrate their new titles of Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh. Where we can see the heir to the throne talking to the public that was outside the gardens.

The Prince of Wales proceeded to demonstrate the embarrassment he felt from those dance steps with a funny grimace and replied, “Oh no. That wasn’t a dance. As you know dancing sober is a terrible idea. But it was a fun weekend“.
