Margot Robbie reveals the famous Barbie’s Dreamhouse from the set of the movie

Margot Robbie, who is going to bring Barbie to life in the upcoming ‘Barbie’ movie, recently revealed the famous Dreamhouse from the set of the film. As part of the promotional cycle, she collaborated on a new video with Architectural Digest and showed the luxury house that was used to shoot many scenes from the movie.

After the video was posted, the Dreamhouse of the iconic Mattel doll left everyone impressed due to the amount of effort that was put into bringing this world to life. The Youtube video, which is currently going viral on special media, starts with Robbie saying “Welcome to Barbie’s dreamhouse” before taking the audience on an incredible tour that shows how the movie’s set came to be.

It is safe to say that the highlight of the video is the iconic pink of the Barbie brand which is all over the walls, gardens, cars, and pools that form the dream neighborhood. Even the Australian actress was impressed the first time she visited the set:

“It was pretty incredible seeing this set for the first time. It was kind of surreal because I’d spent so long looking at the miniatures and the models and the drawings, and the design of what it was gonna look like, and when you see it firsthand in real life, it is all there and it was really exciting.”

Finally, Greta Gerwig, the movie director, explained that Barbie’s Dreamhouse does not have walls or windows to mimic the experience of playing with the toys that many people grew up with in real life and that also serves as an allegory of a world without barriers.
