Prince William was caught off guard when Kate Middleton expressed that she wanted to have more children when they visited Denmark in 2022. At the time, Kate commented on the topic after having a heartwarming interaction with several children during an event that was held as part of the Infant Mental Health Project (CIMHP) and William did not waste any time and immediately answered her comment.
The Prince and Princess of Wales visited Denmark in February 2022 to fulfill their royal duties and attended an event held by the University of Copenhagen with the intention of bringing awareness about mental health among the younger generations. During the event, the royal couple had the opportunity of interacting with several children and talked about the possibility of having more in the future:
At some point, Kate Middleton decided to hold a little girl in her arms and told her parents: “It makes me very broody. William always worries about me meeting under-one-year-olds. I come home saying, let’s have another one.” After hearing this, Prince William immediately told the couple “Don’t give my wife any more ideas!” and signaled Kate to return the baby by telling her “Don’t take her with you.”
As of today, the royal couple has had three beautiful children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. They are easily the most beloved family in the United Kingdom so it can be said that the British people will be more than happy to see them becoming parents one more time.
