Prince William and Princess Charlotte have maintained a private father-daughter relationship without letting the local and international media sneak in. Even the most dedicated royal followers do know what their relationship is like. However, the two of them recently had a lovely father-daughter moment during the Trooping the Colour parade which was held to celebrate King Charles III’s first official birthday as the new sovereign of the United Kingdom.
On June 17, the Royal Family gathered to celebrate King Charles III’s first official birthday since becoming the King of the United Kingdom. During the Trooping, the Colour parade, Prince William, Kate Middleton, and their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Princess Louis, stole the spotlight for being a lovely family.
During the event, the Prince of Wales was spotted riding a horse while Princess Charlotte was being transported in a carriage. As soon as they arrived at Buckingham Palace, the two of them were seen sharing a heartwarming moment on the palace’s balcony which was captured on camera.
As the royal family gathered on the balcony, Prince William was seen putting his arms on Princess Charlotte’s shoulders as she was facing away when, suddenly, she turned around and gave William a big hug. After this, they kept enjoying the show and seeing the Red Arrows perform a flypast over Buckingham Palace.
In the past, William and Charlotte have shared other genuine moments together. For example, they posted a video on social media to send good vibes to the England women’s national football team as the Lionesses were going to play in the Euro final against Germany in 2022.
Good luck tonight @Lionesses, we’re all cheering for you! pic.twitter.com/ATsLg6QHIF
