Kylie and Kendall Jenner exercise routine to have a dream body

The well-known Kylie and Kendall Jenner for several years ago have gained great fame in the entertainment world for their family’s business, the Kardashians, however now they have gotten attention by showing an exercise routine to have a dream body.

The family of the sisters have gained even more popularity for their reality show ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians‘ where they show what happens in their daily lives, in a new episode, the model and the businesswoman shown themselves doing an exercise routine together.

In this episode last week, the Jenner sisters did a new exercise routine with high-tech suits and machines called EMS, an innovative way of training that would give your body “electromuscular stimulation“, according to the words of the trainer Bridget Whitman.

For the workout, Kendall and Kylie wore the suits and kept their arms and legs bent to activate the muscles and the machine delivered the stimulus. In addition, they revealed that they spend a long time in the gym every day to keep their bodies toned, however, with this new way of training, they would reduce that time in half.

Despite the lack of confidence that Kendall felt at first with this new method to exercise and get a dream bodies easier and faster, both celebrities ended up liking it that they even said they would do it again.
