The youngest members of the famous K-Pop group BTS, Jungkook and V, would be stopping their musical activities to enlist in military service this year, according to the South Korean media, which assured that the artists will not waste more time to fulfill their duty.
In recent hours, the media have turned on the alarms in ARMY by assuring that both South Korean artists will enter in the mandatory military service at some point this year, since all members of the septet are expected to finish their duty and make their musically comeback as a group in 2025.
“Jungkook and Taehyung are still old enough to agree to postpone their recruitment for military service, but it is presumed that they made this decision to meet their fans as a whole group as soon as possible by matching their enlistment times to the minimum (with their other groupmates)“, assured Sports Chosun media.
These statements coincide with the announcement that Jungkook will debut with his solo album in July, while V will do it in the last quarter of the year. Meanwhile Suga, Jimin and RM would be entering their military service and this way they would return from service almost together.
For their part, ARMY has said goodbye to two of the members who are already in the army, Jin and J-Hope, and have enjoyed the solo content they have been offered so far, and now are looking forward to the projects of V and Jungkook before enlisting and patiently waiting for their return in 2025.
