Moonbin’s death was a huge shock for the world, his bandmates of ASTRO, his fans, and his sister, Moon Sua from Billie. On April 19, she received the most unfortunate call of her life while being at the top of her music career. Now, almost two months after the incident, she paid homage to his brother with a heart-wrenching message.
In Buddhism, the soul of the deceased stays on Earth for 49 days so that explains why Moon Sua decided to post a very touching message about Moonbin on June 7, exactly 49 days after his passing. Similarly, many of his friends and family shared similar messages on social media.
This is the first time that the South Korean singer has posted on Instagram since April. In the story, she can be seen having a lot of fun with Moonbin while at Fantagio HQ a couple of months ago and accompanied it with a heart-wrenching message.
“Mr. Moon’s back was wide and warm. I should have asked for a piggyback more often. Next time we meet, please piggyback me more. My one and only brother. Still and from now on forever, I will not forget you and will continue to love you more and more. Don’t be sick, be healthy, eat well, and be happy.”
In addition, several of Moonbin’s friends and family, such as Sanha and Cha Eun-woo from ASTRO, have also honored his memory by posting similar messages on social media.
