The rule that Kate Middleton will have to follow as the future queen of the United Kingdom

Kate Middleton has a bright future ahead as the next queen of the United Kingdom. Ever since she got married to Prince William in 2011, she has stood out for her kindness, closeness to the British people, and her commitment to royalty. However, being part of the Royal Family comes with a lot of responsibilities, including a lot of rules that you have to follow.

A few weeks ago, the Princess of Wales surprised everyone at the Chelsea Flower Show. During the event, she joined a picnic with students from almost 10 different schools in  London and even answered some of their questions like what was it like to be a princess.

However, one of them asked her to sign their notebook but she had to politely reject this request. Kate explained that, as a member of the Royal Family, she cannot sign autographs. “I can’t write my name, my name’s Catherine. I’m not allowed to write my signature, it’s just one of those rules. But I can draw.”

Buckingham Palace forbade every royal member from signing autographs because if they do, it could be easy to impersonate them or use it to scam people. On top of that, when Kate Middleton becomes the queen of the United Kingdom those rules are going to be even more strict and she will not even be allowed to draw.
