King Charles III and Prince Harry’s relationship went downhill after Harry gave up on his royal title in 2020, moved to the United States, and published his memoir, Spare. In addition, he also called out the Royal Family’s racism towards Meghan Markle which all combined might explain Charles’ indifferent attitude to his son’s situation at the High Court in London.
Although many royal followers are patiently waiting for the reconciliation between the Duke of Sussex and the British royalty, it looks like no advancements have been made in that regard and things will not change anytime soon. Earlier this week, Harry traveled to the United Kingdom to testify against Mirror Group Newspapers for violating his privacy and many people thought that he would try contacting his family but that has not been the case yet.
On top of that, it looks like the Royal Family does not want to reach out to Harry either. A few days ago, King Charles III was spotted in Romania having a relaxing time and then he traveled back to the United Kingdom to attend a concert at Wigmore Hall. Due to this, several people are pointing out the king’s indifference to his son’s situation as he has not released any public statement addressing the matter.
It is still uncertain how long Prince Harry is going to stay in the United Kingdom so perhaps there is still a small chance that he would reach out to his family and try to work things out. However, several royale experts believe that a reconciliation between the two parties is almost impossible at this point.
