The company, Belift Lab, behind the boy group ENHYPEN has come under fire for being accused of mistreating the fans of the South Korean septet at their most recent fansign, for the promotions of their latest album ‘Dark Blood‘, the fandom showed their anger with the agency through social media.
At the autograph signing event, the agency deliver the albums that were supposed to be signed by the idols to the event attendees, instead of signing the ones they brought. The fans disliked this because this was the Weverse version, a much smaller one that only contains a photograph.

Through social networks, fans shared criticism due to mistreatment by the company during the fansign where they pointed out to the agency abusing its power, because to participate in the event they had to buy the albums spending a lot of money and in the end it would not be signed by their idols.
For their part, some of the ENHYPEN members, in the middle of the interaction with their fans, noticed that something was wrong with the albums, it could even be seen how Jay called an employee to find out what was happening.

For this reason, the Belift Lab agency is in the midst of controversy, receiving a strong wave of criticism on social networks from fans who attended the event and shared their disgust for the mistreating they received, the bad experience they had and even accusing them of using these methods to earn more money easily.
