The ending that Emilia Clarke wanted for Daenerys Targaryen in ‘Game Of Thrones’

Emilia Clarke played one of the most iconic characters in ‘Game Of Thrones‘, a series that despite its great success around the world, finally disappointed thousands of fans who had high expectations, generating great controversy on the networks. Now, the interpreter of Daenerys Targaryen reveals what is the end that she wanted for her character.

After eight seasons of the famous series, the end came and disappointed many, who did not agree with the way in which the writers concluded this famous fantasy story. Then the creators seemed to try to remedy their mistake by announcing a new spin-off series titled ‘House of the Dragon‘.

Besides of the viewers of the series who were dissatisfied with the long awaited ending, some of the main actors have also shown their discontent, as was the case with Emilia Clarke, who, not agreeing with the ending that has been broadcast, she shared the ending that, according to her, her character deserved.

Although from the beginning in the eighth season, Daenerys was shown as a crazy queen, who the viewers saw diying at the hands of Jon Snow as the only way to stop her. For her part, Clarke found this end unfair, because the mother of dragons was a hopeful character who did nothing wrong.

According to a source from the producer company, HBO, the actress wanted her character to end up in a loving relationship with her murderer, Jon Snow, an idea that pleased her fans because of her undeniable chemistry. She also added that even if they offered it to her again, she would not play Daenerys Targaryen again.
