The lawyers of Brad Pitt’s filed new documents last Thursday that were obtained by CNN, where Brad calls Angelina’s abusive sale of his winery at Château Miraval, France in 2021 after an “adverse custody ruling” “vindictive,”.
Both actors made their breakup official a few years ago, in 2016, but since then, the problems never stops. Now with Brad Pitt’s accusations against Angelina for selling something that belonged to him, he has decided to lash out with his team of lawyers to reach a possible agreement.
CNN assure that “The decision to terminate negotiations with Brad Pitt was purposeful and pretextual”, “As will be shown at trial, Angelina Jolie’s actions were illegal, purposefully and seriously prejudicing Pitt and unjustly enriching herself”.
Angelina Jolie’s lawyer, Paul Murphy, did not stay silent and last proceeding to respond to these documents, with a statement to CNN where he referred to the allegations of abuse by the actor while they were flying on their way to a legal presentation of Angelina in the case in October.
