Billie Eilish caused a stir on social media for clapping back against the people who said that she is a sell-out after adopting a more feminine style. The singer used to be widely recognized for wearing baggy clothes and streetwear despite being a woman.

A few days ago, Billie finally decided that she has had enough and used Instagram’s stories to finally address the criticism towards her new style. “I spent the first 5 years of my career getting absolutely obliterated by you fools.” However, her rant did not stop there, and expressed her frustration with the matter by posting more stories:

“Now when I feel comfortable enough to wear anything remotely feminine or fitting, I CHANGED and am a sellout… and ‘What happened to her’ omg its not the same Billie she is just like the rest. You guys are true idiots.”

The American singer also made sure to let everyone know that the way a woman dresses does not define who they are and that they are free to wear whatever they like. Finally, she assured that she does not care about what the haters have to say and that she will continue being herself: “s*** my absolute c**** and b**** you women hating a- weirdos.”
