Kate Middleton is harassed by protester on latest visit to London

Kate Middleton visited a museum in London on Thursday morning as one of her two primary engagements relating to her interest in early childhood. Outside the museum, she was greeted by a protester who had planned a less than “friendly” reception.

While Kate Middleton was being harassed by a protester during her most recent visit to London, as seen in photos published by Richard Palmer of the Daily Express, the Princess of Wales maintained her focus on her task and carried out her royal duty.

On May 25, the 41-year-old Princess of Wales attended the first of her two events involving children at the Foundling Museum in London. Videos that went viral on social media show how one protester waited in the park next to the museum for the princess to arrive.

Even a police officer was required to approach the woman holding numerous posters reading “#Born Free” and “Monarchy is child abuse” in order to speak with her, according to Royal reporter Palmer, who described the unplanned event as a “small republican protest.”

After the slightly over an hour long visit, Princess Kate did not even bat an eye when the campaigner entered or exited the Foundling Museum. The demonstrator and a very tiny number of onlookers reportedly started chanting “Born Equal” in additional pictures posted by journalist Victoria Ward.

Several royal admirers expressed their views on social media, claiming that the harassment of the princess in the middle of the street during her visit to London was nothing more than an attempt by anti-monarchist political parties to undermine her efforts.
