The eldest member of the well-known South Korean Kpop group BTS, Jin, has experienced direct harassment while serving in the military after a nurse decided to immunize the idol without permission so that she could be nearby and see it firsthand. However, she is the subject of an ongoing investigation.
On May 18, the news that a nurse was quitting her work to visit Jin at his military command stunned the Kpop community.
It was noticed that this nurse apparently attended the fifth division on the pretext of helping with the current vaccination day. But this medical expert apparently went one step further and gave BTS Jin his second round of hemorrhagic fever shots, an act that the singer himself claimed to have been painful and unpleasant.
Due to this circumstance, an investigation has been opened against this woman since it may be a clear-cut case of harassment and could have a negative impact on the well-known Kpop artist’s safety and privacy.
The nurse’s identity is unknown, but she is currently being prosecuted for leaving her job and illegally moving medicine from one division to another in South Korea. If convicted, she could spend up to a year in jail.
Additionally, BTS supporters are calling for the nurse’s dismissal from her position because she clearly endangers Jin and they do not want a recurrence of the incident.
