Giselle, the vocalist and rapper for the South Korean group Aespa, has been steadily gaining popularity ever since the group’s 2020 debut, when they received notice from KPop fans for their songs and live performances.
Aespa, one of the members, was the center of attention with her anime look and colorful hair, but Giselle was the one who stole the show from the entire community for her style. Today’s popular group has a very busy schedule due to the great growth they are achieving year after year both as a group and as individuals. For their most recent release, “Spicy,” they used bright accessories and outfits that drove all their fans crazy.
Singer Giselle caught the attention for wearing the lesbian flag, or at least that was what her hair colors represented, the colorful additions in her hair was what excited and thrilled all the fans who applaud her stylist for this unique representation.
Case Western Reserve University explains that “in the current iteration [of the lesbian flag], the shades of red and orange represent gender nonconformity, independence, and community; the white stripe represents a unique relationship to femininity; and the shades of pink represent serenity and peace, love and sex, and femininity.”
Although it’s possible that Giselle chose the colors for this new release by coincidence with the colors of the lesbian flag, her supporters and fans did not pass up the chance to express their enthusiasm and importance for this subject.
