Prince William’s heartwarming way of honoring the late Princess Diana

Prince William was very nostalgic in a recent event that took place after King Charles III and Queen Camilla’s coronation. During his appearance, he decided to honor his mother, the late Princess Diana and caused a heartwarming reaction among the royal followers.

Princess Diana tragically passed away in 1997 after a terrible car crash. As a result, Prince William and Prince Harry had to live their adolescence and adulthood without a maternal figure to guide them and although Camilla is their stepmother, it looks like she was not able to fill her shoes.

A few days ago, Prince William attended a garden party wearing a blue flower in his suit jacket. The flowers in question are colloquially known as forget-me-nots which used to be Princess Diana’s favorite kind of flowers. A clear sign that his mother’s memory is still and will always be present in his daily life.

The event took place at Kensington Palace which used to be one of Diana’s favorite places and which has beautiful gardens decorated with Forget-me-nots. In addition, the Prince of Wales is not the only one who has honored Diana’s memory. Prince Harry has made several public appearances using these flowers and Meghan Markle also used a bouquet at her wedding.
