Some members of the royal family do not understand why Prince Harry attended the coronation ceremony

Some members of the royal family still do not understand why Prince Harry was invited to King Charles III and Queen Camilla’s coronation. On top of that, they also think that there was no reason for him to attend as he has been outspoken about the mistreatment that he and his wife, Meghan Markle, received from the royal family.

However, Harry’s short stay in the United Kingdom left the British people wondering why he even bothered to show up as he did not have any important role during the event. A close source to the royal family weighed in and told Vanity Fair: “One makes one’s choices. To be honest there wasn’t much talk of Harry at all. The focus was very much on the occasion.”

The source also stated that the Duke of Sussex did not exchange any words with his family. However, this was expected as the relationship between the two parties is still fractured and a reconciliation seems unlikely at the moment.
