The newspaper that Prince Harry is suing for harassment and invasion of privacy yesterday claimed that the British royal family gave them information about the youngest son of King Charles III with the single purpose of harassing the prince and looking into other matters about him that someone, as of yet unknown, wanted to learn.
Prince Harry received an apology from Mirror Group Newspapers yesterday at the High Court in London for using information from one of the 33 articles that his legal team has revealed in this lawsuit, which is based on the harassment that the royal endured for many years and that significantly interfered with his privacy.
The publisher’s spokesman did make one claim in court, nevertheless, that has garnered widespread notice. Linkages within the royal family to the information that the Duke of Sussex had been leaking for so long.
The legal team at MGN guarantees that the information in 28 of the 33 articles that Harry’s lawyers registered did not come from an unethical method of information gathering, but rather from the Royal Family’s offices, notably Buckingham Palace.
The UK media has consistently managed to get Prince William’s brother even in the most unlikely situations, which directly implicates the monarchy. However, his track record is fairly apparent. Given this circumstance, Prince Harry might go back to the UK to witness the court decision in this case, which is anticipated to be resolved in the upcoming weeks or months.
