Sarah Ferguson broke her silence and decided to send a message to King Charles III and Queen Camilla after the coronation. Despite being pretty close to the royal family, Ferguson did not receive an invitation to the event.

Over the years, the Duchess of York has been present at almost every royal event as a guest. The latest one was Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral a couple of months ago so everyone, including herself, was expecting her to get an invitation to the coronation.

Last month, Buckingham Palace sent the official invitations to the ceremony but Sarah was caught off guard after it was revealed that she was not invited which reportedly made her feel deeply outraged.

Earlier this week, she decided to break her silence and shared a message aimed at Charles and Camilla with her followers on Twitter in regard to the coronation: “Sincerest congratulations to Their Majesties, the King, and Queen.” Some people think that she is just being polite but she must feel betrayed as her children and ex-husband got an invitation and attended the event.
