Prince Harry has been involved in a lot of controversies in the last couple of months due to his shocking declarations against the royal family. As a result, all the eyes were on him during King Charles III and Queen Camilla’s coronation ceremony.
The event took place on May 6 at Westminster Abbey and it was recently revealed that Harry was not asked to join the royal family on Buckingham Palace’s balcony to greet the British people once the event was over as is tradition.
The news caused discontent among some royal fans because there were several people who do not belong to the royal family but that were allowed to stand on the balcony with the new king and queen of the United Kingdom. Although Harry continues to be a controversial figure, people think that he deserved to be there as he is the king’s son.
According to Sky News, the Duke of Sussex did not receive a formal invitation to join his family on the balcony because they already knew he was going to leave the country as soon as the event was over. Harry board a plane back to the United States to celebrate Prince Archie’s birthday which was on the same day.
