King Charles III was captured on camera during the Coronation Procession and his visible angriness and frustration before the ceremony even started surprised the British people. As a result, there are now several rumors that claim that he does not want to be a king.
King Charles and Queen Camilla’s coronation took place on May 6 at Westminster Abbey. The ceremony will likely be the most important royal event of the decade as millions of people worldwide witnessed the historic ceremony that has not been celebrated since 70 years ago when the late Queen Elizabeth II was crowned.
Charles wanted the coronation to be perfect. It was previously reported that he and the rest of the royal family rehearsed several times in the weeks prior to the event. Despite this, he seemed frustrated just moments before he was crowned as the new king of the United Kingdom.
According to Daily Mail, lip reading expert Jacqui Press revealed that King Charles III told Queen Camilla: “We can never be on time.. there’s always something.” Press also claimed that Charles was upset due to the rain which made several royal members, including the king, arrive late.
After a set of photos and videos supporting the expert’s claims were revealed, royal followers expressed their concern as they think that Charles’ attitude could mean that he does not want to be a king despite having to wait almost his whole life to become the monarch of the United Kingdom.
