King Charles III and Queen Camilla’s coronation was the ultimate proof that Prince William has become one of the most popular members of the royal family alongside Kate Middleton. During the event, the royal couple stole the spotlight solely with their presence.

The most expected royal event of the decade took place on May 6 at Westminster Abbey and Prince William was the center of attention despite the fact that he was not the one being crowned. The Prince of Wales is the next in the line of succession to the British throne and many people consider that Kate and William should have been crowned instead Charles and Camilla.

According to several surveys that were conducted in the last couple of months, King Charles and Camilla are not as loved by the British people as Kate Middleton and Prince William. On top of that, some royal experts believe that Charles will abdicate from the throne so William can become king as soon as possible. The main reasoning for this would be that he is still young and Kate is extremely popular among the population.

People also highlight that the couple constantly supports different social causes and can bring the young people’s attention. At the moment, William is trying to clean up his image after several controversies but it should not be hard for him to earn the support of the public back.
