Prince Harry endangered by lawsuit that could drive him out of the U.S.

Prince Harry would experience yet another issue because a lawsuit requiring full knowledge of his admission procedure into the United States has put him in danger while on American soil.

After publishing his memoir “Spare” and his Netflix miniseries, in which he made some disparaging remarks about some members of the royal family and their behaviors within the royal house, the youngest son of King Charles III could be considered one of the most contentious individuals in recent years. This has caused conflict and many issues between the relationships of these protagonists.

One of the issues the Duke of Sussex is currently dealing with has to do with the American administration, as some people do not comprehend how Prince Harry was permitted to enter the country. Following Prince Harry’s admission of using drugs, Semana magazine reported that the Heritage Foundation sued the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. This organization would have asked for all the data from the royals’ visa records so that American officials would not view the Duke favorably.

The duke would be taking this case with his lawyers in an effort to find the best resolution and avoid being expelled from the country where he lives with his wife and children, despite Prince Harry having shown and stated that using drugs helped him deal with a trauma after the death of his mother Princess Diana.
