BTS fans have shown their dissatisfaction through the official social media of HYBE as they claim that the merchandising of the ‘Agust D‘ tour of Suga is horrible and incomplete. Since HYBE MERCH released the preview images of Suga’s merchandise, mostly T-shirts and polo shirts, the ARMY has been looking forward to getting some items.
But they have been strongly disappointed with the printing quality of the T-shirts, something that started to cause uproar via social media. A day before Suga’s first concert at Belmont Park, BTS fans lined up and waited for hours for the store to open to purchase the items, but was it really worth it?

Those who managed to get their hands on the products on the first day shared photos on social media to give ARMYs an idea of what to expect. They revealed that the only T-shirt with the “tour dates” on the back, was the black T-shirt with Suga’s face on the front, which cost a staggering $45. And the thing is, they were met with an unpleasant surprise, it wasn’t even the dates, but just the locations.
.
Immediately, they began to criticize the high prices of the items and the poor quality they had, some even went so far as to comment that they would sue the company for scamming.
For many of the fans, the merchandising seemed to be poorly designed, which is to be expected from many musical artists’ tours. Still, most at least include the dates, venues and sometimes even the venues on the back of the T-shirt.
