Meghan Markle is allegedly planning an enormous celebration in the United States to overshadow King Charles III and his coronation ceremony. The actress and Prince Harry decided to give up on their royal titles in 2020 and moved to California to start a new life away from the controversies.
The official coronation is going to take place on May 6 at Westminster Abbey and it is expected to be the most important royal event of the century. The United Kingdom has not witnessed a similar event since 70 years ago when the late Queen Elizabeth II ascended to the throne in 1953.
Despite the anticipation, the royal family has been facing some serious controversies for the past few months. Most of them were caused by Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s declarations and some people even say that their reputation has been damaged forever. Earlier this month, Buckingham Palace confirmed Harry’s attendance without Meghan which relieved several royals who are still struggling with her attitude and actions.
It appears that the reason why Meghan decided to stay in America is that she wants to celebrate Prince Archie’s birthday which is on the same day as King Charles III’s coronation. The Duchess of Sussex wants to use his son’s party to overshadow the official ceremony and that’s why she decided to invite several celebrities to the party.
Meghan’s guest list includes Serena Williams, Portia de Rossi, Orlando Bloom, and some celebrities from the neighborhood where she lives and who are pretty close to the royal couple.
