YG releases new statement on dating rumors between BLACKPINK’s Rosé and Gang Dong Won

Recently, rumors have been spreading about a possible romance between BLACKPINK’s Rosé and South Korean actor Gang Dong Won, which caused a furor on social media from fans of the most famous female K-Pop group, many showed their dissatisfaction and anger, and a few others defended her against the controversy.

“We are releasing a statement due to the continuous unfounded rumors,” YG Entertainment had to make a statement and provide a definitive response to the dating allegations surrounding Rosé and Gang Dong Won.

On April 17, YG Entertainment had previously stated that it could neither confirm nor deny anything related to its artist’s private life, forcing it to release a final statement addressing the rumors due to the number of fans who started writing to them about the controversy.

“Although we previously stated that we could not confirm anything regarding our artist’s private life, we are now releasing a statement due to the continued unfounded rumors.”

The organization stated that the allegations of a possible romance between the two artists were false and called for the unfounded rumors to cease, which they would take legal action against anyone who continued to spread the gossip.

“The allegations that Rosé is dating someone are false. Please help stop the spread of unfounded false rumors,” the company in charge of the BLACKPINK music group added to their statement.

After this the BLINK started to point out those who were still spreading the controversial rumor about the South Korean idol, South Korean media even claimed that several accounts of different social networks were taken down due to the huge amount of reports they received from the KPOP girl band’s fans.
