King Charles III wants to avoid another important member of the royal family during his coronation along with Camilla Parker. The ceremony will take take place on May 6 at Westminster Abbey and the king wants everything to be perfect and exempt from controversies.
The coronation ceremony is one of the most anticipated events in the United Kingdom. An event like this has not been celebrated since the late Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation almost 70 years ago. However, the coronation is already tainted by several controversies and scandals inside the family and Charles is deeply concerned about this.
It was initially reported that Prince Harry would not be invited because he caused irreversible damage to the royal’s image with his declarations. However, Charles tried to dismiss the controversy by sending him an official invitation. Earlier this week, Buckingham Palace confirmed Harry’s attendance but he will be going without Meghan Markle. Her absence is a clear sign that the family has not still fully reconciled.
According to a source close to the family, another royal member of the family did not receive an official invitation to the coronation. Sarah Ferguson, Prince Andrew’s wife, was not invited because she is a threat to the monarchy due to the scandals that surround her and being labeled as unfaithful after filing for divorce.
