Corruption and progressivism among the causes that would lead Miss Universe to bankruptcy

Miss Universe, the world’s most famous beauty pageant, is going through a crisis that could bankrupt it. The recent acquisition by a transgender person for 20 million dollars, along with the promise of an inclusive approach, seems to have generated distrust in investors and sponsors, added to the fact that the election of the last queen has been surrounded by controversy.

In other words, despite her premise of “empowerment” and “diversity”, things have not gone well for Anne Jakkaphong Jakrajutatip – of Thai origin – and her conglomerate JKN Global Group Company. She rose in the beauty industry as a man and, through surgeries, became a woman. And with this new image, she stood on the stage of the latest Miss Universe to give a speech, which apparently, very few people bought.

There is no official statement from the franchise, but according to portals linked to the world of show business, those investors who previously trusted the organization decided to leave because the value of Miss Universe shares dropped. In fact, by April 10th there were reports about it in the stock market.

The edition held in January was loaded in many respects with the rhetoric outlined by Jakkaphong. In the end, it seems that it did not work. But investor distrust is not the only thing Anne Jakkaphong must face.

.

She must also worry about the criticism triggered by the election of R’Bonney Gabriel, representative of the United States, as the new Miss Universe. The loose ends get tied up when it is mentioned that Jakkaphong also has among her properties the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA pageants.

In other words, she was crowned the representative of her own pageant and that fueled criticism because the big favorite of the night seemed to be someone else, who came in second place. Anne Jakkaphong had to come out and reject the accusations of corruption and assert that the results “were fair”.

Miss Universe, R’Bonney Gabriel, went on a tour of Asia that turned out to be unsuccessful, according to the Euro Is Euro portal. So far, only an energy drink company in Indonesia has shown interest in sponsoring her. This highlights even more the lack of interest of possible sponsors.

Everything would lead to a financial storm related to a forced progressive discourse. “It is evident that Miss Universe must find new ways or look for new strategies to take the queen to the expected success and get investors to avoid bankruptcy,” the website reviews.
