BTS’ Suga admitted that Jimin almost used one of his songs in his new album which caused a stir among their fans, the so-called ARMY. Everything began when Jimin released his debut album as a soloist a couple of weeks ago. He apparently asked his colleagues for help in order to launch his career and Suga was happy to help.

Suga and Jimin are very close and that’s why the rapper did not have to think twice before helping Jimin. During the filming of some promotional material for Disney, he confessed Jimin almost used his material for his album.

The rapper gave more details during an interview: “I first heard about this song when my friend Jimin was also looking for one for his debut album… and he told me to send him a song if I had one.” He also revealed that the creative process was very easy even if he did it all from his hotel room. However, he decided not to release the song and shelved it.

Despite this, Suga took the melody and used it for his song ‘People’, which was well-received by the fans. The ARMY was surprised and upset because they believe that stealing a song from another colleague is a bad move. Social media was flooded with comments full of anger, despite many followers showing support for both of them.
