The young reign of King Charles III of the United Kingdom has been subject to much controversy. His past, image and reputation, plus the scandals surrounding his crown, do not allow much of the public to have a good opinion of the British monarchy. On top of that, there are a number of dangerous predictions that do not bode well for the nation’s new head of state.
Following the death of Queen Elizabeth II, her eldest son, who was formerly known as Prince Charles, became the new monarch of the United Kingdom outright, even though his popularity is not optimal for his position.
And it is from there, and through different prophecies, in which it is being assured that his reign will bring severe difficulties to the crown and the 14 countries that make up the commonwealth of nations.

One of those prophecies was given hundreds of years ago. Yes, a world-renowned French prophet was already predicting what was going to happen to the British monarchy in the present.
Michel Nostradame, usually Latinized as Nostradamus, was a French apothecary and supposed soothsayer, best known for his book Les Prophéties, a collection of 942 poetic quatrains supposedly predicting future events. There, King Charles III has not been spared from his predictions either.
According to what Nostradamus wrote, the queen’s eldest son will abdicate the throne at some point and it is not ruled out that some of his children will be the new head of state before long. However, this could bring severe consequences to the royal family.
Nostradamus himself claims that a new generation of young princes (the children of Prince William and Prince Harry) could end up ending the royalty, which would mean the end of the current political system in the United Kingdom.
