Prince William strongly opposes Camilla Parker after it was revealed that she wants to refurbish Buckingham Palace just before King Charles III’s coronation. According to her, the iconic building is old and archaic so it needs to be changed to make it more appealing to the younger generations.
The coronation ceremony is closer than ever and it will take place on May 6 at Westminster Abbey. However, the feuds and controversies surrounding the royal family continue to taint their image and there are concerns that they might be losing support from the public.
According to a source close to the family, Camilla wants to change some aspects of Buckingham Palace, both internally and externally, to make the building more of an attractive tourist spot for the younger generations. It is also being said that she wants to do this to gain support from the public and be accepted as the legitimate Queen.
Prince William had a heated confrontation with King Charles III after being notified about Camilla’s plan. However, Charles agreed with her wife because he also believes that this could help to improve the public’s opinion of them after the multiple controversies they have been involved in. William alleges that the money spent on absurd remodeling plans could be used to help those in need and other projects which actually help the British people.
