Rose Hanbury and Prince William have been the hot topic during the last few months after it was revealed that they allegedly had an affair. Earlier this week, the controversy took a new turn when it was reported that Hanbury’s husband, David Cholmondely, was going to be hired by King Charles III himself to become his new general secretary.

The controversy began in 2019 when a set of photos was leaked online revealing that William had an affair with a mysterious woman at a party. It was later revealed that he was accompanied by Hanbury and even if Buckingham Palace tried to control the situation, the news spread quickly.

According to a source close to the family, Charles is aware of William’s affairs and he decided to hire David to put an end to the rumors of the infidelities of his older son. He believes that integrating the Cholmondeley family into royal matters is a good way to demonstrate to the public that there’s nothing between the two.

Prince William is aware of King Charles III’s plans and he’s apparently okay with them. He doesn’t mind having David close and he just wants to focus on saving his marriage with Kate Middleton.
