Following all the controversies surrounding her ex-partner Piqué in the Iberian nation, Colombian artist Shakira has begun her plan to relocate to the United States with her two children.
The breakup of Shakira and Gerard Piqué has been the talk of the town for a while now, not only because of what transpired between the two, but also because of the songs the singer has released exploiting the circumstance, as well as some legal scandals that are involving the two of them.
The custody of their two young children, Milan and Sasha, was one of the most contentious issues between Shakira and the former football player because the Colombian singer considered returning to Miami, United States, in search of a fresh start for her and her two children following everything that happened with Pique.
Although the Colombian singer hasn’t confirmed the rumors about her move, some international media have already stated that Shakira will leave her life in Barcelona and would have everything ready to fly to the United States as soon as possible. Apparently, the Colombian singer would have the trip ready for the first two weeks of April and she will travel not only with her two children but also with her parents William Mebarak and Nidia Ripoll.
International media reported that Colombian singer Shakira would be traveling to Miami to finalize plans to relocate with her parents in order to provide them with all the comforts she wants to offer them given their recent health issues.
Nidia, the singer’s mother, underwent surgery in March to remove a thrombus from one of her legs. She was released from the hospital as soon as she was no longer in danger, but the Colombian singer is most concerned about her 91-year-old father, who recently fell and suffered complications in his brain because of his advanced age.
