The estrangement in the royal family, more specifically between Prince Harry and his older brother, Prince William, has been one of the most talked about topics in international entertainment in recent years, and thanks to Harry with his recently published autobiographical book, we have more information about the details of the reasons that led him to move away from the British crown.
In his book, entitled “Spare“, Harry tells us about some of the encounters and confrontations he had with other members of the royal family, and that led him to make the difficult decision to leave the royal family, his title and his financial benefits, to get away from the mistreatment he suffered. His wife Meghan Markle did exactly the same, and supported him at all times.
In one of the most viral chapters of Harry’s book, he reveals to us what a meeting Meghan Markle had with Prince William was like, which was caused by Meghan’s malicious comment towards Prince William’s wife, Kate Middleton.

For context, Kate had given birth to her youngest son, Prince Louis, just a month ago, so she was still in the fever of motherhood and only had eyes for her child. During a conversation she was having with Prince Harry, Meghan alluded to Kate Middleton and said that she had “baby brains“, which is a euphemism often used to say that someone is “dumb“.
Prince William then came to the defense of his wife and pointed his index finger at Meghan, very close to her face, and called her “rude“. Meghan defended herself by saying “Kindly get your finger out of my face”, and this is where we unfortunately lose the thread of the story because Harry didn’t choose to reveal more details about the altercation.
