Sebastian Lletget, Becky G’s fiancé, is accused of being unfaithful, according to an Internet user, who broke his silence and sent an emotional note to the singer in which he apologized.
The athlete claimed in a statement that the singer had been his greatest support in recent years and that he would not have succeeded where he is today without her backing.
“When I reflect on the last 7 years of my life, I know in my heart that I could not have achieved much of my personal and professional growth, much less navigate the challenges of my life without Becky G’s love and support by my side,” he said.
In this situation, he disclosed to his audience that he had been dealing with mental health issues for a while, which were caused by his “own denial, pride, and bad decisions.” He claimed that the individual who claimed to be her lover was extorting him and that they are now flooding social media with “false publications” as a result.
“Since this person did not get what she wanted, it has now become a public spectacle on social networks full of more lies than truths and false publications directed at the love of my life,” he said about Becky G.
He admitted, though, that the controversy had made it clear to him that he needed a specialist, and he had made a commitment to seek therapy in order to get better.
“If I want to be the man I aspire to be, I have to do better. I have decided to commit to a mental wellness program to work on the parts of me that need healing,” he said.
