R’Bonney Gabriel is reportedly stepping down as Miss Universe crown winner, it is confirmed

R’Bonney Gabriel, the controversial winner of the most recent edition of the Miss Universe pageant, would be giving up her crown. This has been announced by several media, which affirm that the representative of the United States would be making the decision because of the low popularity and affluence that is leaving her reign.

The fashion designer and Miss Universe 2022 has confessed that “it has been a very hard work“, her reign as the maximum sovereign of universal beauty, after her not very lucrative tour in Asia, which made her see how different brands are not interested in her.

For this reason, the model would be rethinking to reject the beauty crown. For the moment, the winner of the pageant would be considering new plans, away from the media and her responsibilities as Miss Universe.

Among her present desires are to continue with her professional career and to reinforce her brand, which has not yet been officially launched and of which she has not been able to execute more details due to her recent occupations.

In the meantime, neither the Miss Universe organization nor R’Bonney have issued an official statement announcing a definitive resignation. However, the media have already been talking about this possibility and how the directors of the contest would be watching the steps of the American model.

In case R’Bonney Gabriel were to resign from her position as Miss Universe, the U.S. representative would hand over the crown to the current vice-queen and representative of Venezuela, Amanda Dudamel, who is also a fashion designer.
