According to United States legal experts, it is claimed that Prince Harry could lose his right to live in the United States, as he was very candid about his past and his drug use. U.S. law says that admitting drug use can be grounds for rejection, so the Duke of Sussex’s visa should not be accepted, since he claimed to have used cocaine, mushrooms and other hallucinogens.
The president of West Coast Trial Lawyers, Neama Rahmani, comments that the fact that Prince Harry is a royal should not excuse him from drug use and measures should be taken. The Duke himself revealed that he used cocaine and weed as a teenager and as an adult he tried psychedelics.

The youngest son of King Charles III confesses that the use of all these substances was recreational, because he found in it a relief or relaxation to the lifestyle he was leading, he himself says that all this was key to his life, because he realized that they helped him with everything he was facing.
Some lawyers think that unless Harry is not involved in any criminal act, his visa should not be in danger, but that does not mean that his declaration for consumption may not affect his whole immigration process, maybe it will bring him consequences at the moment of renewing his visa or he can enter the country again.
