The ego of the Queen consort of the United Kingdom, Camilla Parker, has been on the rise since it became known that her husband, King Charles III, has issued in conjunction with the crown, that she will not be called queen co-consort, but “legitimate queen“, as if she were at the level of the late Queen Elizabeth II.
Camilla Parker’s controversial life continues to give much to talk about, and it seems that her most recent action is proof of it.
According to reports, Camilla has begun to ask employees of Buckingham Palace not to refer to her as the consort of Charles III. Now, less than two months before her coronation ceremony, Camilla has demanded that they call her ‘Queen‘ or ‘Royal Highness‘. Otherwise, they will suffer consequences for not obeying her orders.

A source consulted by the British newspaper ‘Mirror‘, Buckingham Palace supported this decision to avoid complications when citizens refer to Camilla as ‘queen consort‘ as it can be “cumbersome and it might be easier for Camilla to be known only as ‘the queen’ when the time is right“.
Unsurprisingly, this move has not gone down well with the British, as they still remember Camilla as one of those responsible for the suffering of the late Princess Diana of Wales.
The truth of the matter is that the wife of King Charles III has never been considered as a kind person with royal employees, so these orders would only be increasing the tension that the queen generates among the workers of the monarchy.
