The actors who have been cast in the roles of Prince William and Kate Middleton have been revealed. They will be portrayed by Ed McVey as Prince William and Meg Bellamy as Kate, and the series will cover the story between 1998 and 2001. They were just teenagers at the time but it is being reported that the story could be extended until the modern days.

Netflix’s popular show has addressed accurately the drama that has been surrounding the royal family over the decades, particularly Queen Elizabeth II’s life, and now its focus is on covering Prince William’s affair with Rose Hanbury just as it happened.

The Crown’s season 6th is also going to cover Princess Diana’s tragic death and the subsequential controversies that have surrounded William and Harry’s lives since then. It’s likely Netflix will decide to recreate Kate’s splitting up from Prince William and how she left the home where she lived with him due to the infidelity allegations that resurfaced in the media.
