With the early coronation of King Charles and Camilla Parker and the potential presence of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, tensions within the royal family are escalating. According to sources close to the family, several royals are prepared to impose the “ice law” on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex during the ceremony at Westminster Abbey.
As inactive members of the royal family, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are not anticipated to attend the formal appearance on the balcony of Buckingham Palace. They also claim that many members of the royal family will avoid interacting with them during the crowning, with some even expressing the wish that they will be “sitting in Iceland” instead.
Since the Sussexes chose to resign from their royal duties three years ago, tensions within the royal family have gotten worse as a result of their harsh criticism of the family, which includes the release of a Netflix docuseries, a book with explosive revelations, and numerous interviews.
Because they have until March to leave the house, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are anticipated to remain there during their visit. Additionally, they plan to mark their son Archie’s birthday at the Windsor residence on May 6 just like they did during Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee last year.
