The rumor of King Felipe VI’s supposed adultery with his ex-girlfriend Eva Sannum has alarmed the Spanish royal family. Despite getting married to Queen Letizia, the Spanish ruler reportedly still has thoughts about Sannum.
In 1996, King Felipe met Eva Sannum and immediately fell in love with her. Sannum, however, did not adjust to the royal lifestyle, so their partnership did not flourish. The King of Spain first encountered Letizia at a party Pedro Erquicia hosted after ending their relationship with Sannum. From that point on, their romance developed.
Strong sources claim that King Felipe VI was still in love with his ex-girlfriend when he married Queen Letizia, which led to rumors that the monarch was unfaithful to Letizia. Despite the possibility that this will endanger his marriage, it’s unlikely that the king and Sannum will ever get along again because of the challenges that being a member of the royal family would offer.
As of right now, the royal pair appears to have a strong and solid marriage that has been able to overcome any obstacle in their way. Despite the fact that this news has created a stir among the Spanish royalty, it is still unclear how Letizia reacted to this information.
