Chris Rock mocks Will Smith by poking fun at Jada Pinkett’s infidelity

On his most recent Netflix show, Chris Rock said that Will Smith practices collective outrage and made fun of the affair Jada Pinkett had with his son’s younger friend during her time apart with Smith, as she revealed during a show sparking great controversy and criticism from his fans due to how bad the actor looked when he found out.

“Everyone who really knows, knows I had nothing to do with that sh***. I didn’t have any entanglement. His wife was f*****ing his son’s friend. Now, normally I wouldn’t talk about this shit, but for some reason, these people put that on the internet. I have no idea why two such talented people would do something so low (…) We’ve all been cheated on, but none of us have been interviewed by the person who cheated on us on TV, why the hell would you do that?” mocked Chris Rock.

The comedian added that “she hurt him a lot more than he hurt me” with the slap and detailed that after learning of his wife’s infidelity he would have tried to contact Will Smith, but he refused to respond: “Everyone called him a fool, and who did he hit? Me, a person he knows he can beat“.

Despite what happened, the also actor said he is not willing to be seen as a victim: “You’ll never see me crying to Oprah or Gayle King. It’s never going to happen. I took that punch like Pacquiao (…) Anybody who says words hurt has never been punched in the face, it still hurts.”

On why he didn’t respond to the punch he took, he stressed that he does have education: “You know what my parents taught me? Don’t fight in front of white people“. Although on other occasions the actor mentioned a little more about the slap, because until the recent comedy he talked more about his feelings and let see the discomfort that this still generates him.
