BLACKPINK’s Jennie makes first public appearance after falling down and getting injured

BLACKPINK is the most popular girl group at the moment so fans were worried when Jennie went silent on social media. In the past, the South Korean singer and dancer used to be known as one of the most distant members of the group but this was proved wrong as she really cares for her fans and she is pretty open with them about her daily life.

The artist was seen arriving at the Incheon airport. There, she was immediately surrounded by the press and her appearance shocked everyone and raised concerns about the idol’s health because she had a scar on her face.

She knew that people, especially her fans, were going to be worried so she quickly used social media to post an official statement and reassure everyone that she is doing okay:

It’s nothing, but I posted it first in case you get surprised. I was taking care of my health during the break, eating well, and sleeping well, but I tripped a little while exercising and fell down, so I got a bit of a scar on my face. I wanted to get better soon so I don’t worry about BLINK, but it’s still healing, so I think I’m going to wear a bandage on my face for a while.

Despite suffering an injury, Jenni has shown to have an impeccable work ethic and amazing performance skills. Attendees to the group’s recent show in Malaysia claimed that the artist is performing like never before. Her next stop is Paris’ Fashion Week where she will continue leaving everyone speechless.
