Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, has done it again. She has triumphed over every single one of the members of the British royal family and by a huge margin. The 41 year old princess continues to prove that she’s the most popular royal among the people as it was reflected by the numbers.
Even amid Prince William’s cheating scandal and the rumors of an imminent divorce, Middleton is still ranked the royal member people like the most, higher than her husband, King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla Parker.
According to the latest YouGov survey, the Princess has a public approval rating of 68% which puts her at the top of the list. She is followed by Prince William with a 67% approval rating. Princess Anna holds the third place with 64%, down two spots from last year’s list.
King Charles III, head of the Commonwealth and the royal family, is in fourth place with a 56% approval rating. A small improvement from last year’s report but a percentage that shows that he’s still a controversial figure among the British people. Similarly, Camilla Parker sits at the tenth place of the list. It looks like her efforts to gain popularity and become a beloved public figure have not been effective as people still see her as an intruder.
Prince Harry and his wife, actress Meghan Markle, are surprisingly still ahead of Camilla in the survey with 30%. However, their popularity rating continues to go down as the couple are the center of several of the royal family’s controversies due to their confessions and behavior.
