J-Hope reveals why he decided to be the 2nd BTS member to join the military

On February the 26th, the news was revealed that J-Hope, a member of one of the most important South Korean music groups, would be the second member of BTS to attend the mandatory military service in Korea.

The news somehow surprised all their fans, who although they knew that everyone would attend their obligation as male inhabitants of Korea, they did not expect that so soon another one of their idols would have to leave, as it happened with Jin.

BigHit Entertainment was in charge of informing the issue to all ARMYs: “We would like to inform our fans that J-Hope has started the military enlistment process by requesting the termination of his enlistment deferment,” the company expressed, thanking the fans for their love for him.

.

However, the unknown was why the rapper decided to go to the military service earlier than expected, and undoubtedly his words shocked his fans, although his only intention was to reassure.

Through Weverse the 29-year-old artist presented himself to the public with his overwhelming and charismatic energy, and with the aim of keeping his followers positive, he added that he made the decision due to the fact that if faster he assumed his labor, just as fast would be to get back to being with his followers and making new music.

I think I have been thinking about this since last year, after Jin-hyung came in, I wondered when I should do it too. Thinking about it, I decided that the sooner I enter, the sooner I can come back and show them something good,” was the explanation of his early process.

Even though it was a sudden news, ARMY has not stopped supporting him and sending him messages of positivity through social media.
