Gerard Piqué, former FC Barcelona player, had apparently already heard Shakira and Karol G’s latest release, “TQG”. The song can be described as an empowerment anthem about women who know their true worth and don’t need a relationship or a man to validate it.

The track is a direct diss at Piqué, Shakira’s ex-husband, and Anuel AA, Karol G’s ex-fiancé. It was released last Friday and it became an instant global hit, accumulating millions of streams on different platforms which makes it difficult for the two men to avoid it in real life.

According to sources close to the Catalan, Piqué already heard the song and his reaction to it has been the same as with the previous ones. The man “doesn’t care about what her ex-wife says”, and it is being reported that he is completely “indifferent” to any comments the singer or the general public makes about the situation.

It was also revealed that his relationship with the Colombian superstar is very distant and that the only reason why they are still in touch is their children, Sasha and Milan, and that they will both do whatever it takes to raise them in a healthy environment.
