Angelina Jolie once hired a hitman

Angelina Jolie is one of the most famous movie stars in the world and she is also well known for her charity work and her efforts to make the world a better place, so it does not come as a surprise that her personal life has been in the headlines the past few years due to her marriage and subsequently divorce from the actor Brad Pitt. However, it seems like her life has been more difficult than it appears.

A few years ago, Jolie revealed that she decided to have her breast, ovaries, and fallopian tubes surgically removed because she inherited a mutated gene and wanted to avoid cancer after losing her mother, grandmother, and aunt to it but things don’t stop there, the actress recently opened up and discussed her mental health struggles which makes her feel concerned that she’s not able to be enough to protect and care for those she loves the most.

The most shocking revelation is that she allegedly hired a hitman when she was 19 years old because she couldn’t take it anymore and wanted to end it all: “Wanting a way out comes with all the guilt of people around you thinking they could have done something. With somebody else doing it, nobody takes some kind of guilty responsibility” so she thought it would be an easier way for her family to not feel like they could have done something to protect her.

She explains she had specific plans to take out the cash from her bank account over a period of time, so it wouldn’t look suspicious. After contacting the hitman, he told her to think twice about it and call him again in two months, “Something changed in my life, and I figured I’d stick it out. He saved my life.”

Luckily, things eventually got better for the actress and she found her new life mission: helping others.
