The new Miss Universe, R’Bonney Gabriel, has been rejected in her new job and several countries that were participating in the pageant, have wanted to abandon future competitions due to accusations of fraud that apparently were committed.
The pageant was held in January, where it was announced that the new Miss Universe would be R’Bonney Nola Gabriel, Miss USA, who was in competition with the first runner-up Miss Venezuela; however, the decision of the contest has not been to the liking of millions of people.
The decision of the jury of the pageant, which is now owned by the businesswoman Anne Jakkaphong, has caused rejection around the world for its system of auctions and franchises that have been acquired; also because the winner was the one who participated for the country where the election of the pageant took place, a very confusing fact.
.
For this reason many countries have preferred to give up future pageants, because they take into account the injustices that have been presented in this edition, so Indonesia, Vietnam, Ghana and Belize have preferred to cancel any kind of presentation there.
The favoritism of the pageant by R’Bonney Gabriel was noticed by the attendees, leaving clear evidence of the fraud that was committed, as indicated by several sources for purely economic reasons of the event, but it was not fair to the participants from different countries who made their presentation, and that were even more favorites than the new winner.
In the same way, new clarifications are expected from Miss Universe before these criticisms, so that in future events the economy does not take precedence over what is truly fair.
